Fur sample requirement: 


1. Purchase intolerance test online.

2. Once you've completed your order, you will receive an email with instructions and a test submission form to download and complete. 


3. Take 4 to 5 strands of your pet's fur and return with the test submission form. 

4. Receive your report within five working days from receipt of your fur sample & test submission form.

How do your test compare to blood samples

In addition to being less invasive and significantly cheaper, your pet's last meal may affect the results of a blood sample, whereas a fur sample has the information stored for a longer period and reflects a wider time frame. 

What should I do with my test results

This food report is to be utilized for a suggested 6-8 week elimination plan. Once you have

completed the 6-8 week elimination period and your pet’s symptoms have subsided, you can

now begin the reintroduction process.


How do I submit my fur sample

When your order is completed, instructions will be sent to your email along with your receipt (we will not send test kits). Simply take 4 to 5 strands of your pets fur and place in a small plastic bag then put in an envelope along with a completed form (instructions are emailed post order). 

Are there any additional fees

The only cost is the amount you will have to pay in postage to return your sample.
